Corporate and team-building events
A kayak trip on the Nida is a proven way to integrate a team. Here's why companies choose us:
Team building
A kayak trip requires cooperation, communication and trust – the foundations of a strong team. A tandem kayak is a practical lesson in teamwork.
Break from routine
Swap the office for the river and discover your colleagues in a completely new environment. Shared experiences build stronger bonds than a conference room.
Evening socialising
After the trip, a campfire with sausages, a shelter with seating and the unique atmosphere of an evening by the river await you.
Tested equipment and briefing
Tested equipment, life jackets and a short briefing before the start. You focus on the trip, we take care of the organisation.
How is a group trip organised?
We handle everything. You arrive, and we take care of the rest.
Contact and arrangements
Call or write to us. We'll agree on the date, number of people, route and additional options (campfire, overnight stay).
Arrival and briefing
At the agreed time, we meet at the agreed location. A short briefing, kayak allocation, and we're off.
Trip on the Nida
The whole group paddles the chosen route together. Stops for rest, photos and sightseeing. Pace adjusted to the group.
Campfire and socialising
At the finish, we return to base. If you fancy it – we can prepare a campfire and grill. Time for shared memories.
Who do we organise group trips for?
A kayak trip on the Nida works for many different configurations. We treat every group individually and adapt the programme to its character.
Groups of friends
Birthdays, stag dos, hen parties, or just a weekend trip – any occasion works. On the Nida you have peace, nature and a sense of freedom that's hard to find elsewhere. A campfire at the end of the day does the rest.
Families with children
The Nida has a gentle current and low banks – it's a perfect river for families. Children discover nature from a new perspective, while adults can finally breathe freely. We tailor routes to the age and abilities of the youngest participants.

Most popular types of group trips
Every group is different and has different needs. Here are the types of trips we organise most often.
School kayaking
A school kayaking trip combines nature education with active leisure. The Nida valley is a protected landscape area, so the trip provides students with real nature observations. We handle school groups with full logistical coordination and safety briefings for every participant – from arrival to return.
Team-building trips on the Nida
A kayak trip works well as a team-building activity because it requires natural cooperation – especially in tandem kayaks. Companies and organisations choose the Nida because it combines activity with relaxation and provides space for conversations outside the formal environment. A campfire after the trip extends the shared time in a way that's hard to plan otherwise.
Family group trips
A few families, a shared date, the Nida. This is an increasingly popular weekend format that combines time for children and adults in one place. The river current is gentle, we tailor routes to participants' abilities, and the infrastructure at the base allows you to relax freely before and after the trip.
Weekend trips for friends
Birthdays, name days, a stag do or simply 'we haven't seen each other in ages' – any occasion is good for a group kayak trip. Groups of friends appreciate above all the simplicity of organisation: you arrive, you get equipment and a briefing, the rest happens by itself. The campfire after the trip usually turns out to be the best part of the whole outing.
We organise group trips in Świętokrzyskie on the Nida river. Learn more about kayaking in Świętokrzyskie – the region is accessible from Kraków, Warsaw, Częstochowa and Łódź.
